Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, our team will update the shipping details on our website. You can log into your account to view the order status. Additionally, our system will send the shipping information to your email address. As soon as the shipment arrives at your local terminal, our carrier will call you to schedule the delivery.

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

Every order is dispatched through Maersk Freight Service or Dalight Transport using their Less than Truckload (LTL) service, which includes lift gate service at the time of delivery. After your purchase is finalized, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. The shipping duration varies from 3-7 business days, depending on your location. As soon as the shipment arrives at your local terminal, our carrier will call you to schedule the delivery.

Where are your products shipped from?

Most of our products are ship from California or New York.

Where do you ship to?

We provide FREE SHIPPING for all our products. We can ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska. 

How do I return an item?

If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased from us, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, damaged or modified in any way may not be returned. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please file claim within 7 days; different terms may apply. You will be responsible for the return shipping. A 15% restock fee may apply. Read More

Do you offer trade price?

We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a few select boutiques which we screen on a case by case basis. We want to make sure that is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well. If you would like more information, please contact us with information about your shop.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal, Google Pay, or ApplePay.

Is it possible to order the countertop without a predrilled faucet hole?

Regrettably, we don't offer the option to order the countertop without faucet holes. However, for most of our collections, you can choose to order the vanity without the countertop by using the "NO-TOP" code at the checkout page.
