The product looks nice but I am not impressed with the quality. It’s a veneer…not solid wood. Also the drawer construction doesn’t feel super sturdy to me. Hopefully it will hold up better than anticipated.

I ordered my vanity on 11/15/21, got a notification saying it had shipped on 11/16/21 and would arrive within 3-7 business days. After waiting 10 days, I sent an email to customer service on 11/26/21 to see if they could give me an update. I figured things were backed up because of the holidays, so I waited for a response to my email until 12/07/21. I called customer service, turns out “they forgot to ship it” and it was sitting at the warehouse waiting to be picked up. The rep said they’d have someone come and get it that same day. This will push my entire project out by an additional 2 months, because my contractor is booked. The only reason I ordered from them is because how fast the shipping was. I told them I expected to be compensated for their mistake, and the rep offered me a $63 refund on a $1275 vanity - as if that would more than cover the ridiculous amount of inconvenience they’ve caused me. When I said that was not going to cut it for me, he offered 10% off of all my future purchases…. What a joke. I’m sure if you can actually get your vanity from this company, it’s decent enough. But I wouldn’t know, because they “forgot to ship” mine.

Buyer beware, if you buy this without the counter its near impossible to find an undermount sink that will fit in these dimensions especially because its only a 19" width and shallow space for the bowl. Love the look, but not worth the trouble trying to make it work. This is getting returned.

The non-damaged vanity we eventually received is great, but I would not order from here again. The freight company does not call before delivering and they showed up 2 days early (thankfully we were home) with a damaged vanity. It was hard to get in touch with customer service (don't email, they probably won't respond) and by the time they finally got back to us, it was sold out. They persistently tried to get us to accept a replacement in a different color. The back and forth on that almost made us miss out on the replacement product we wanted (one size up in the same color -- we got the last one) and we had to pay the difference between the two products. I sort of understand that but given the poor experience we had throughout the process, covering that cost would have been a nice gesture.

Fantastic product at a reasonable price! The vanities arrived in great condition and the major plus: already preassembled! Very happy with my purchase. One of the only places online where I could find a natural teak finish for a good price without compromising quality. The drawers also have a built in soft-close system, which leaves me even happier. I was also looking for vanities without countertops as I was installing my own granite slabs and was super pleased to have the ability to order them without the tops from this shop. I would definitely recommend and will purchase again from this place.

This is great! I am super particular but this exceeded my expectations. The quality is great and looks wonderful. I ordered the Rosewood and it is a nice neutral brown. The sink is nice... I had wanted ceramic and was concerned with the acrylic but it looks perfect. The drawers allow space for the plumbing and my contractor has no problems.

This vanity is very modern and clean. There is a ton of drawer space which is nice! Since the top is acrylic you have to be careful what you clean it with, only complaint but it's not a big deal. Overall I would recommend it.

Very nice vanity for a small bathroom. The sink is deep and wide enough so the water will not splash all over the place when you are washing your face and I love the soft closes of the drawers with enough space to put my beauty items!
