We purchased a vanity without a countertop for a $230 discount on the vanity. Unfortunately, my existing countertop didn’t fit the new vanity. I contacted the company to see if they could sell me the matching countertop at the same discounted rate. To my surprise, they honored the discount and allowed me to purchase the countertop for just $230, despite the price for a separate countertop being $600
Although I had to pay $80 for shipping due to my mistake, it was absolutely worth it. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. I couldn’t be happier with how they handled my situation.

Merce in Matte Black looks amazing and high end. Top and bottom shipped separately; both were well packaged. The base came with a protective plastic film which we left on until the renovation was finished. The black has a smooth, silky feel with soft close drawers that work perfectly. Vanity top looks clean and bright!
Only two complaints. 1. It was not obvious how to change the overflow cover to black instead of chrome. (So it doesn’t match in our bathroom). 2. There’s a tiny spot where the black frame has either a scratch or the black wasn’t applied correctly to begin with. Didn’t notice until we peeled the film off after install. Not super obvious so no biggie.

My husband and I LOVE this vanity. We upgraded to the 4” sink panel and are delighted by how lovely it looks. A contractor installed it so I can’t speak to installation, however we didn’t hear anything negative about it. The drawer insert did arrive with a small crack. Having replaced other large items in our bathroom renovation (bathtub, mirror, toilet, etc.), we found this is pretty common. The most important thing is customer service & support. Customer Service at O&N was responsive, efficient and entirely pleasant. We highly recommend this vanity and we’d buy from O&N again.

It's a beautiful piece of furniture and the workmanship is terrific, but you have to be very careful when you put a faucet on it. Because the sink is angled that you do not use a lot of water pressure. Otherwise it'll splash all over everything in retrospect. I would probably have gotten a regular sleep. But this one looks so cool that I had to have it

After the vanity top arrived, contractor told me this is not a standard sink and therefore will not work with the standard faucet I bought. The contractor said the drain is too thin. I wish there would be information on this in the website before I bought it. I still don’t know how to solve this and may need to return it.

Ordered the 60" Double vanity in New England Oak. Was nervous at first about how the wood veneer would look, but it's beautiful! This vanity exceeded my expectations and makes our bathroom feel like a hotel. I like that the 60" double has drawers and cabinets. The drawers are on the small side, but we can fit a lot in the cabinets under the sinks!
