I'm sure it left your shop and fine condition when it arrived the box was undamaged but upon opening it the back support that attaches to the wall support was broken More than likely from it being ratcheted down during shipment was able to disassemble and cut my own support made out of plywood not particle board !

I ordered 2 of the same vanity and was a bit frustrated trying to figure out how to remove drawers on one.Finally realized that it had a small screw that needed to be removed instead of the normal locking tab. the other drawer slide had a simple lock tab.

Took a while but the vanities are finally installed. We love there look!!! The supervisor and the GC said the installation was quite easy.
One suggestions -- 1) If you could use better soft close door and drawer mechanisms it would be extremely helpful. The small marginal increase in cost would be worth the difference when using the vanity.

Vanity is looks very nice and is good quality. Unfortunately, the first vanity arrived damaged and the replacement was 3/4" larger than the original one.
My contractor was not pleased to have to move the cleats to accommodate the new vanity.

I ordered teak and thought the color would be warmer, such as I am used to seeing with teak indoor furniture. This looks like weathered teak. The on-line photo did show that the piece has a weathered look. Anyway, I am keeping the piece and I am sure it will look very nice.

While the bathroom is clearly not complete, this vanity has a gorgeous wood tone and grain that pairs well with the white marbled floor and will contribute to the modern organic look we are aiming for. I love the vanity it was the right style and look. Two pull drawers is adequate albeit shallow. The use of organizer trays will give you max useage. The door cabinets are deep and useful noting the plumbing takes up the middle area. This space does well with a nice bin between pipes and wall. It does the job for the price.

Love the look and quality of the construction. It looks great! Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the drawers don’t pull out very far. They are deep enough to store a lot of stuff in, so that’s good. But they are limited by how narrow the unit is so, every time you pull the drawers out, they are MUCH “shorter” than you expect them to be.

I chose the Natural Teak 36” Monterey and am very pleased with it. Beautiful color. The sink is so simple to keep clean as is the manufactured wood veneer. Contractor was able to install with no issues. One of the drawers was damaged during shipment but the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Love the sleek, simple lines of this piece.

Beautiful vanity, not crazy about the acrylic sink counter top but it is nice looking. Very modern looking. The furniture is not wood, works fine if you don�t let it get wet. You can dry it up immediately and be okay. I recommend for an adult household.

I ordered a floating vanity months ago and after 3 replacement units received I still do not have one unit that has arrived without being damaged beyond use. I don't understand how this company is a sustainable business....after the third attempt the option presented to me is to return all of the damaged units or keep the broken stuff for half price - one can only wonder how this makes any sense.

This is a very nice looking unit and I think we are going to love it long term. The sinks are good size and deep. There is also plenty of space between and around them to set your everyday items.
There are a couple of things you need to know. First, the drawers don’t pull out as far as they appear to in the pics. They are fairly shallow but do have some decent depth height wise. Also, removing the drawers is VERY DIFFICULT. Since we are hanging ours as a new bathroom remodel, the plumber will need to remove all the drawers to perform the finish plumbing connections. Some set screws have to be removed to get the drawers out and it’s not very intuitive so just be aware. Fortunately, this isn’t a function you need to do regularly so it’s not a big deal.
Also, when our cabinet guy hung the unit for us, there were some loose parts laying in one of the drawers. We never found where they went and the unit seems solid and the drawers slide well. They could have just been extras included with the kit, but just seemed odd they weren’t in a bag or envelope and were just rolling around in a drawer.

I think the**** must be ****. This vanity is garbage and horrible quality. It had three chips and the back plate cracked in half. Our GC recommended to put only light items in the drawers because the brackets are so flimsy. Instagram ads got me on this�

I only opened one box and I was disappointed about
1.) the color
Buying goods online without getting wood samples first is tough. The color shown on the internet is not the color which was delivered.
I asked for wood samples per chat, but I was told there weren’t samples available. Only for 2 other collections.
2.) the most disappointing point:
Your specification, pictures are misleading. It’s not real veneer wood as you described. You described marine wood veneer / marine veneer wood and it’s laminated. You should mention that in your description.
There was a photo showing the corner /edge of the drawer in a close up and it looked like wood veneer. Mine does not look like that.
The vanities are getting installed in March/April in our new home, so for right now they are stored.
Unfortunately you are not covering the transportation to send it back.

Unfortunately, the vanity top arrived broken into several pieces and the cabinet brace was also broken in 2 pieces. We’ve talked to Eric who assured us a replacement will be sent ASAP. So far we are optimistic. However, our opinion is that the pieces could be packaged a bit better. Not a lot of padding. Fingers crossed for the replacement.

The design and the looks are ok, but the sink is not great. You basically have to wipe the water after every use if you case for a clean vanity because it leaves stains after a hand wash.
