Saggia Linen Cabinet

Overall, I will say that I do like this cabinet and would recommend the product. It is a true color match to my floating bathroom vanity drawers, and the color and quality of the materials are quite nice. The cons are 1) that the cabinet is a bit shallower than I would prefer, 2) there was an error in ordering and the return process to get the correct cabinet was a huge hassle (however, after much back-and-forth, a proper resolution was made by their employee, Eric. Thank you Eric.)

Very nice linen cabinet and matching 60” double sink vanity. Well constructed and the included French cleat makes for an easy and sturdy mounting. Unfortunately I ordered at the start of all too frequent shipping issues and it took 9 months to get the linen cabinet. That said, the first cabinet arrived damaged and a replacement cabinet was here within two weeks. Customer service was polite.

Ordered 6 pcs end of March 2021 for my master bath remodel. Early April got notification order shipped. Mid-April far 5 of the 6 pcs arrived. I was told there was a delay. As of today, I have yet to receive that final pcs!! My bathroom is not complete. New colors of the cabinet are available, but mine is not in stock yet. Why send me the the order if that final pcs is not in stock…..asked to be shipped two cabinets of the color available to finish my bathroom. Frustrated I can’t get anyone on the phone to speak with. All via email with not much options…..ugh…. Be warned, do NOT take delivery of your order if it is not complete with everything you ordered.

My cabinet arrived approximately 9 months (!!!) after I ordered it, even though we were promised a few weeks from order. There was virtually no communication the whole time unless I hounded the company. The cabinet was scheduled for Monday but instead was dropped in front of our house on Friday with no alert (didn't even ring doorbell). So there was no chance to inspect for damage. And it had damage during shipping, which our previous bath cabinet had had as well. Fortunately the damage was in back and is only visible if we open the door and look inside. This was a horrible experience overall. Order 16854923.

Overall the quality of this product is fair. It looks nice, but quality is not great. Definitely a middle of the road in regards to quality of product. Also, dealing with this company has been a disaster. Ordered my product almost a year ago and just getting it now. First order was lost in May of 2021 and replacement just arrived. I would never order from this company again.

One of the better qualities and construction! Love it in our new renovation project. Product came well packaged, delivered fast and great customer service! Ordered our 72” for the master here as well and will definitely do more business!!!
